JIM CUNNINGHAM

 Jim brings extensive management background in Phase I and IIa clinical trials to the Business Development team. He brings a unique view of potential possibilities and pitfalls to each study design due to his vast experience throughout North America and Europe.
Having managed over 500 clinical trials, Jim provides a true knowledge of what it takes to design, recruit, facilitate and complete a quality clinical study. Jim brings a consultative approach to the business acting as a trusted advisor. In his most recent role, as Director of Recruiting, Jim set up Omaha recruiting operations while providing “hands on” oversight in all areas of the clinic, laboratory, business development, trial design, project management and SOP/Training development. He will continue to consult with our operations team in these areas. |

CRAIG MILLER

 Craig Miller joins Qualia with an extensive background consulting with biotech and pharma companies through all phases of clinical development in diverse therapeutic areas. Craig gained insight into Phase I selling through working for eResearch Technology, where he sold cardiac safety studies, with emphasis on Thorough QT initiatives. He brings to Qualia a very consultative approach in clinical research based on his knowledge of ICH and FDA guidelines. |

ANDREW NEHLS, MS PMP
Associate Director, Business Development

 Andrew brings strong Phase I experience, project management and pharmaceutical background to the Business Development team. Andrew has been with Qualia since inception, filling many roles including Study Management, as well as overseeing operational departments such as Recruiting, Screening, Study Definitions and Support, Pharmacy, Transcription, and Facilities.
His other professional experience includes serving as a Product Manager for a medical device company, as well as a Pharmaceutical Representative for a major pharmaceutical company. He started his professional career serving as a Pharmaceutical Research Assistant at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Andrew holds a Masters degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Drug Delivery from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) endorsement from the Project Management Institute. |

KYLE SCHROEDER

 Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He has over 3 years of sales and marketing experience, which includes recruitment for Nebraska football, marketing for Red Bull energy drink, and advertising sales. These roles have prepared him well to support Qualia’s business development efforts. |
